Lee Granados, the Principal and Founder of The Granados Group, brings 20+ years of experience in education, community outreach and development, and nonprofit leadership to the forefront of her work, ensuring clients' missions and visions are advanced in a relevant and meaningful manner. Current clients are So Others Might Eat, Habitat for Humanity DC, and Ayuda.

Lee focuses her consulting primarily around fundraising and board development. With a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries, including sports, healthcare, arts and humanities, and nonprofits, Lee excels in driving ongoing engagement and communication with stakeholders to achieve outcomes that meet mission and revenue goals. She takes a laser-focused approach to address each client's unique needs, whether it involves board development, enhancing donor relations, or maximizing revenue streams. Additionally, Lee integrates her previous expertise in event management and logistics to facilitate both short-term and long-term goal achievement.

Lee currently is directing corporate partnerships and major events at So Others Might Eat, and is focused on fundraising and development at Habitat for Humanity DC and Ayuda. Her efforts have significantly advanced the missions of these organizations, showcasing her ability to drive impactful results.

Lee's dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond her professional career, as she has also been actively involved in various volunteer initiatives, organizing events and fundraising for community organizations. Her commitment to serving those in need extends to her anticipation of contributing to boards and further supporting worthy causes in the future. Lee has been PTO President of Ross Elementary, Francis Stevens Educational Campus and Benjamin Banneker High School where her children attended. She has sat on several local Host Committees and non profit boards including Point Foundation, The Way Home Campaign, Lighthouse DC and Playworks DC. She is currently an Advisor of the Culinary Diplomacy Project and a member of Les Dames de'Escoffier Washington, DC.

Lee lives in Washington, DC with her husband Kevin and proud mom of Parker and Collin and their four legged mischief maker, Katie.
